on point

On Point is Tees Music Alliance's contribution to the the UK's music conference circuit.

With a distinct emphasis on DIY - we endeavour to bring some of the finest thinkers available to give their views on breaking into the music industries and making a success of the local music scene.

During a day of discussion and networking, music creators and activists were helped to steer in the right direction and featured an array of guest speakers from the local and national music industry. There were panel talks and round table discussions to give artists, promoters and those who work in the industry the information they might need to succeed.

The inaugural On Point conference was held on January 31st 2020 as part of our Independent Venue Week celebrations and featured...

Dan Donnelly (singer-songwriter) & Barry Hyde (The Futureheads) in a keynote discussion around using your local scene and diversifying your income.
