Tees Music Alliance - Booking Terms and Conditions - for Green Dragon Studios.. please read.

All rehearsal bookings must be paid for in advance; sadly, this is a situation brought about by people booking space and not turning up - which means that it still costs us time and money to employ staff to be here left waiting for someone to turn up...

Cancellations or amendments 

Cancellations must be made by email to info@teesmusicalliance.org.uk

Any session cancelled within 24 hours of its start time will not be credited; we can't re-sell space at such short notice

Any session cancelled 24 - 48 hours of its start time will be given a 50% credit against your next rehearsal session.

Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours notice can be rescheduled to another date with no penalty.

PLEASE NOTE: you need to email us in order to move or cancel a booking once it's been made and you have been charged.

Backline & Drums - When hiring backline; don't forget to bring your own guitar leads etc - these aren't included... Drummers should bring snare, cymbals and stands - plus any other 'breakables'. The kits we supply are basic 4 or 5 piece shells only...  

Use of Room 3  - Room 3 is also part of our recording studio.  If you book this space and we subsequently get a recording session booked in, we may have to move you to one of the basement rooms. However, this only happens very occasionally and we would only move you as a last resort.  If the basement rooms are already booked; we may have to re-schedule your session.

Unloading & Parking - We have a small loading bay outside of Green Dragon Studios - please use it to unload / load only and then remove your vehicle to a secure car park - there are loads of spaces nearby and free after 5pm - or all day Sunday. The car park next door to the studio isn't ours - it's privately owned and strictly supervised - it can make rehearsing very expensive if you get a ticket...
